Following on from the Notice Processing Guide, I designed the following tool to support front-line Vetting Officers in assisting customers who needed to demonstrate their right to work in the UK as part of their employability checks.

Due to the complex nature of a right to work check and the considerable range of document types that an Officer may come across, it was easy for errors to be made which had the potential for very serious penalties.

This tool was designed to provide a learning solution in the flow of work that would reduce the need to agents to memorise the document types before beginning their role, whilst reducing interruptions to colleagues and line managers.
