Doorstep Security Check

Doorstep Security Check is a demo of how interactive video and branching scenarios can be combined to create an engaging assessment activity that closely reflects the learner's role in the real world. This method of assessment can be used to measure the learner's knowledge and understanding of the topic both prior to and following training.

This brief module has a total of four "decisive moments", each providing the learner with three possible choices. As with the previous example, Breach, choosing the correct answer allows the learner to progress down the "green path" towards success, however there are two levels of incorrect answer; the "amber path" that loops back to the previous decisive moment, allowing the learner another chance to choose correctly, or the "red path", where the learner's choice was so seriously wrong they are immediately removed from the module.

Using SCORM, it's possible for the learner's choices to be recorded in the LMS, providing data that can be used to identify any follow-up needs.
